Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Twilio’s current A2P guidance requires clear disclosure of message types, message frequency, and STOP/HELP instructions, and it expects separate consent for promotional versus informational/support messaging.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services, customer support, or comply with legal obligations. Twilio’s campaign registration recommendations specifically call for a privacy policy statement that mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes and that SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from third-party sharing.
